At Statewide Mutual, we prefer to do things differently.  As Member Councils own the Scheme, we actively work with you to ensure you to get the most out of your membership and cover.

Claims administration made easy

With over 60 years’ combined claims management experience in local government, we welcome the opportunity to work with councils and their staff.

Our team of dedicated Claims Officers’ are service focussed. They’re equipped to provide advice, support and assistance in regards to all claims.

The team are also available to provide ad hoc advice on any claims related issues.

Continual improvement focus

We are focussed on continual improvement.

We actively listen to you, endeavouring to improve our customer service, product offering and member communications.  A recent example of this is the re-introduction of our quarterly newsletter: Statewide News.

Actively engage members

We regularly host and participate in events such as our annual Risk Management Conference and the LGNSW Annual Conference. It’s here that you are provided with an invaluable avenue to meet with the team, network and attend highly relevant and topical presentations from leading experts.
