Get set for an all-new conference experience

The 2017 Risk Management Conference will be taken to the next level this August, and you’re invited to take part.

What’s changing you ask? To start with we’re saying goodbye to the Wesley Conference Centre, opting for the glittering new International Convention Centre at Darling Harbour. Dinner is to be hosted in the Lighthouse Gallery of the Australian Maritime Museum, with top notch entertainment in store.

The program format will be shaken up to tailor your conference experience to your priorities – interactive panel discussions, concurrent workshop series and few surprises await.

This year’s theme is The Value of Risk. The focus will be on the benefits of risk management across all levels of Council – from your organisation as a whole, through to the communities you serve. The conference will explore what lessons can be learnt and leveraged upon to promote a more mature risk management culture.

We also have an exciting line-up of speakers planned. Including KPMG talking about Social Media Risk in Local Government and Rupert Flury from JLT London discussing the Reinsurance Program.

You can find out more on the dedicated program page.

Be sure to register for this popular event soon as numbers are strictly limited to the first 250 people.
